This position is responsible for reviewing and negotiating automobile accident claims while maintaining consistent communication with clients throughout the process. Responsibilities include negotiating car accident claims, meeting with clients, and assisting with pre-litigation case development.

The attorney will handle personal injury claims, negotiation, and settlement of said claims.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual
- Admittance to Texas State Bar
- Three years of personal injury law experience
- Experience drafting and responding to motions
- Experience in presenting oral arguments
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Experience with negotiation and settlement of personal injury cases
